Elasticity is a fascinating property which is found very rarely. Few materials like rubber possess it naturally. One way to introduce elasticity to an otherwise non-elastic material is knitting, which imparts that quality to wool. In this project, I have been trying to do the same with a variety of materials, to see if knitting has a similar effect on these materials as well.
